Meet Jenn 

"At the end of May, I took a leap of faith and joined JMickFit. After losing 65 lbs on my own over the course of a year, I was looking for strength and resistance training to tone up and get into a regular habit of working out. I signed up for the 6 month program, and boy was I was not disappointed!

Fast forward to current, I am so incredibly proud of myself! 6 months flew by in the blink of an eye. I started off being dedicated to working out 4 days a week and hitting at least 10k steps daily. I am now working out 5-6 days a week, walking 3-5 miles a day, and hitting an average of 13k - 15k steps daily!

Coach Jill has been the biggest inspiration to me and has pushed me to limits I didn’t know were possible. I enjoy working out, I look forward to the daily sweat, I enjoy seeing how hard I can push myself and I love seeing the outcome."

Meet Whitney

"This is my first time working with JMickFit and I’ve had a great experience. Joining the program, I was hoping to build new healthy habits that would turn into a healthy lifestyle and also find a workout plan that would work with my job/life and wouldn’t leave me exhausted due to unrealistic expectations. I was pleasantly surprised to find that I didn’t need to work out 5-6 days a week, feel exhausted or make a ton of sacrifices in my day to day life to see results. JMickFit uses a holistic approach that has really helped me develop a new lifestyle which doesn’t feel forced, but natural instead.

I’ve learned how sleep, digestion, minimizing stress and nutrition go hand in hand with workouts when trying to lose weight. The guidance I’ve been given, along with a 24/6 open line of communication with my trainer, has really gotten me on track and keeps me consistent in achieving my fitness goals. I’m loving the progress I’m seeing on the outside and in my mindset as well. I’m learning to give myself grace when a day or week doesn’t go as planned and knowing that all progress is not lost.

This is a program that ANYONE can benefit from! You really learn the why’s behind the do’s and don’ts that are floating around social media causing confusion. Which makes implementing changes to your day to day life so much easier and sets you up for success."

Meet Lindsay

"When I first joined the program I was struggling with my diet. Working out was never a struggle for me (when I was motivated) but the fuel I put into my body was always hard because I’m such a picky eater. I would count my calories and restrict myself from eating what I really wanted to and then I’d just give up. I’d lose weight and gain weight over and over. My self love was gone and I never felt happy with myself. 

I think what surprised me the most was how it doesn’t feel like a diet. I don’t feel guilty when I eat the foods that fit into my picky eater diet and I’ve never felt judged by my coach for not being able to expand my palate. I was kind of expecting the “you need to eat chicken and rice” speech I’ve heard over and over.

I would describe the support as absolutely amazing. I know my coach is just a text away and will cheer me on no matter what I’ve done even if it’s only hitting my gallon mark for water.

Anyone who’s looking to gain more confidence and muscle-because dang my arm muscles are wowza!- would benefit from this program. It’s not a one size fits all program. It is truly catered to what you need and want to accomplish!"
